In this brand new West Coast IPA we've used a new modern hybrid yeast strain that promises a clean ferment leading to a crisp, dry and refreshing finish. In order to understand the profile of this new strain we used 100% pilsner malt, a balanced water profile and a hop profile made up entirely of US hops that we know well and love fully - Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo.
