Voted 7th in RateBeer.com ‘New Brewer Awards for the Year 2020’. With his grandparents in the pub/beer industry and his parents involved in the wine business – brewery owner, Ben Cleary, always knew he wanted to follow in their footstep. Having run the successful Pip Stop wine and beer store for over 5 years, it felt like a natural transition to move from grape-to-grain.
It all started out with a small 1-hectolitre brewhouse.
A small, very cold warehouse at Lanchester Wines, Alex Redpath, FCBC Head Brewer, pulled on his wooly hat and began brewing any style he could think of to perfect their core beer range ready for the big move....
The vision of a truly experiential venue began. The idea of Tap Room, Brewery and bottle shop sharing the same space and showing the brewing process in a linear fashion couldn't be more unique to the area.
Full Circle launched it's first set of seasonals on the Friday of COVID lockdown.
Despite it feeling like the world was against them. With grit, determination and the agility to change quickly, the team at Full Circle have flourished over the past year.
