What is Quality Drops?

Three friends who love a good drop of beer. As a result of many a long day in 2020, we decided that we would try our hand at importing some of the worlds best craft beers to Singapore. Here's the result – starting with UK breweries, this site means you can buy quality drops to enjoy at home, or in your bar, taproom, bottleshop or restuarant.

Who is Quality Drops for?

For everyone!* If you are a business owner or just filling your home fridge, we understand that everyone has their own tastes and exploration journey. If you are not sure about what you will like, are buying for a gift or just want more information, you can always message us on instagram, facebook or info@qualitydropsbeer.com.

*except those under 18 years old. Your day will come.

How about delivery?

For home delivery, we offer a next day delivery service if your order is placed before 10 PM on a weekday. This will be free over on orders over $100 (SGD), for orders under this, delivery will cost $15. Unfortunately, we don't deliver on Sundays or Mondays at the moment. We hope to offer more options in the future!

For bars and taprooms, we will aim to deliver within 1-3 days or whenever is convenient with you. As all items are delivered to you refrigerated, we have a minimum order quantity of 5 cases or 2 kegs or somewhere in the middle for a mixed order! How do I check the status of my delivery?

You will receive updates related to your order but if you want to find out more details or have any queries please get in touch at info@qualitydropsbeer.com

Do I need to be around for delivery?

All of our beers are chilled from the minute they leave the brewery until your delivery. To keep the beers as fresh as possible, we recommend that you are around to receive the delivery as temperature can affect the final product. There will be the option to for the driver to leave your package in a safe place, however we suggest you pop them straight in the cold and drink them as soon as you can! If for any reason the delivery needs to return to our warehouse we may need to charge a re-delivery fee.

Is pick-up available?

Currently we don't offer a pick up service, but we will be happy to guide you in the direction of a bar or taproom with some Quality Drops.

What happens if an item I ordered is damaged?

Please take photos of the damaged products as soon as it arrives and email or call us. We will replace or refund items that were delivered damaged.

Can I return my items?

As a result of the perishable and fresh nature of our beers, we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues just let us know and we will help.
