Fruited, Sours & Goses
Sour beers can come in many forms. Traditional styles like a Lambic or Gose will use wild or lactic acid bacteria to give a sweet, fruity note. More modern fruited sours will use a mix different yeasts, real fruit or puree. Often described as tart, zingy, salty, fruity or sweet, they are great for the Singapore climate due to their refreshing nature, and for people who might not enjoy other beer styles.
