This one was all about delicately balancing ingredients to bring complexity to an easy - drinking sour beer. Careful use of hibiscus, orange blossom water, vanilla and cinnamon results in a beer with a beautiful red hue that brings memories of Mexican agua de Jamaica. A dry finish with a slight rounding sweetness from the vanilla makes for a very drinkable sour ale.
