This is one of our favourite sours that we have done in recent years so we thought it was well worth a revisit. This is a delicious dessert style sour that is loaded up heavily with peach, raspberry and high quality vanilla from Madagascar. A very protein heavy malt bill and a healthy lactose addition create a extrememly thick, luscious body that really enhance the desert qualities of this beer.
