This is our biggest selling ciderkin, our low ABV small ciders if you like, where we have recreated a historic drink of field workers in the West Country. Made from the second pressing of the fruit rehydrated with spring water and then wild fermented before, in this case, it was dry hopped with Simcoe, before adding local organic blackcurrants and bottle conditioning. It’s super fresh and bright, all tangy grapefruit and blackcurrant kissed with tropical hops.
