FRAME BURST (Galaxy) NEIPA

While Galaxy has been a bit hit and miss over the last few years we think we have finally got our hands on the good stuff! Good Galaxy, treated right gives great beer. Working delicately to ensure you are extracting only the favourable characteristics such as that pineappley, peachy, pear and pine like beauty that made this hop so popular. To achieve this we have selected Galaxy in both Spectrum and T90 formats. Spectrum gives us all of the aroma with none of the harshness, while a balanced approach to the T90s gives us a luscious creamy body. The pale malt bill and low bitterness gives a whipped cream like, pillowy mouthfeel to this beer that make it an addictive elixir.

This beers is close to or a bit past the 'best before' on the packaging. This is because in their origin market they don't chill the beers from brewery to your fridge, but we do! So rest assured, these beers are still safe, and more importantly, tasty!
