Adélie is our new Coconut IPA, a tropical take on the style fermented on mountains of toasted coconut. The nose is a burst of tropical aromas helped by the considerable amount of Mosaic hops added to this brew, and on the palate is a wonderful soft balanced bitterness with sweet coconut wrapping around. A summer beer for the colder days ahead.
