Pale Medley is exactly that - a medley of our favourite hop varietals spread evenly across one of our pale ales smack bang in the middle of the strength scale. Not too strong to knock us for six after one, but sessionable enough to knock a couple of pints, Pale Medley brings a certifiable tropical punchbowl of flavour to the party. Featuring one of our biggest dry-hop bills for a pale ale, with Simcoe, Talus, Sabro, Galaxy, Bru-1, Azacca, and Amarillo making a magnificent seven of juicy orange, stonefruit, gooseberry, pineapple and tropical vibes positively pulsing from this pumped up pale.
