Volta is a 4.1% kettle sour with plenty of wheat, fresh rhubarb, blood orange purée and fresh orange zest! West Yorkshire is home to the Rhubarb Triangle; a nine-square-mile area between Wakefield, Morley and Rothwell where fuchsia pink rhubarb is grown and picked by candlelight between January and March each year. The rhubarb used in Volta is sourced from E. Oldroyd & Sons in Rothwell who have harvested rhubarb using this method for five generations. Dry, tangy, zesty and sessionable, this is a North staple.
